Derived his name from the speed in which vinyl records rotate on a turntable. DJ 33 1/3 was influenced by the soul and blues history Chicago is known for. Influenced by the sounds of Chaka Khan, Buddy Guy, Frankie Knuckles and more, DJ 33 1/3 models his style to be embraced the international markets including Japan, London and throughout the US.

Crowds are expected to dance, reminisce and be entertained to the sounds of DJ 33 1/3. Due to his musical influences and upbringing he has perfected the art of bringing pulsation of music to the masses.

DJ 33 1/3 is known working with major artist and athletes including Ludacris, Common, Dwayne Wade, NO ID, KRS-ONE, Busta Rhymes, Nas, Faith Evans, 50 Cent, Twista, Rakim and more. As Rakim’s Official Tour DJ, he rocks the crowd with the hip hop legend and also just began Tour DJ duties for Kayla Brianna (recently signed to Interscope Records).

Currently DJ 33 1/3 is featured on XM Channel 163 and 107.5 WGCI’s “Midday Mix” that’s on Monday thru Friday 12:00pm CST to 1:00pm CST doing “The Midday Mix”. His talents have also been heard on Shade 45′s G Unit Radio, Jam’n 94 in Boston and Power 99 in Philly. DJ 33 1⁄3 is currently on the road for the BET College Tour.
